Full description
This is a 9-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by Rindu Adventures, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Walking around Ubud means the river gorges and the terraces. The Campuhan ridge is the easy one, two kilometres on a paved path. The hidden canyon at Beji Guwang, in Sukawati, is a river walk through a narrow sandstone gorge with a guide, waist-deep in places, closed after heavy rain. Longer treks head into the hills above Sidemen or Munduk or up Batur and Agung before dawn. Mornings are the time for all of it: by 11:00 the humidity is heavy, and wet-season afternoons, November to March, bring rain from about two o'clock. Carry a litre of water per person and shoes with grip.

This might be the best tour in Bali, the photos cannot do justice to the beauty of Sambangan Canyon! The guides were amazing, each person on the tour had the time of their life. The meals provided were homemade 5-Star quality. And my driver was the most friendly person you could imagine. If you’re a lover of nature or outdoor enthusiast this should be the 1st tour you book in Bali!
We had so much fun and feel very safe doing the activity. Totally recommend it :)
Fantastic experience! Rindu provide the complete package with hotel pick up, breakfast, lunch, all equipment and guided canyoning in an amazing location. Equipment is clean and in good condition. Instruction was clear and concise. Sambangan canyon is amazing. At 50+ I felt safe and supported to have a fantastic experience. Our guides made the day fun and the chocolate bar at the end was a hit 😉 Great value for money and highly recommend!

We got picked up from our accommodation in Ubud and were provided with breakfast when we arrived. We went in low season so got the whole canyon to ourselves for the 2 hours! Made and Wind were amazing tour guides and we loved all the instructions and equipment demonstrations they did before we entered the canyon to ensure we felt safe the entire time! Waterfalls, jumps, slides, ziplines and swimming opportunities await, it's a truly incredible experience that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

The guides were great, the whole experience was so fun. They give you a towel and soap, shampoo afterwards followed by a lunch which was super tasty. Would absolutely do this again.
Omg! First off amazing can’t begin to describe this feeling experience! Our guides were amazing! The food the provided for us being home cooked was nothing short of delicious! The guides were very helpful and feeling safe the entire time. Being emersed in the jungle the way we were was something short of breath taking. Pictures don’t do justice! The experience it’s self is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives ❤️
Me and my Brother did the Tour just yesterday and it was awesome! It was so much fun to slide, jump, zipline and climb through the canyon! Our two guides D and Z we’re really funny and really nice as well we totally had fun with them. The Breakfast and Lunch at the basecamp were also great and we had a wonderful view down the mountain over the ricefields. Altogether it was probably one of the best days of our journey and we’d definitely would do it again!
Had such a wonderful time! I booked this one with a slight fear of heights, only to end up being bumped up from the 15m to 35m abseil! They make you feel very safe and secure while conquering abseils, high jumps and zip lines. The breakfast and lunch were so delicious as well. Highly recommend this activity, even those who may seem a bit fearful at first it is absolutely worth it!
