Full description
This is a 75-minute experience in Ubud. It is run by ADDA YOGA, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The quieter experiences around Ubud and its coast take an hour or two and ask little of you: sound healing sessions with gongs and singing bowls run about an hour lying down in a hall; sunrise fishing trips leave Padang Bai or the Gianyar coast at about 5:30 in a jukung outrigger, hand-lining for two or three hours over the reef before the wind rises, with the catch cooked afterwards if you want it. Both are weather-dependent at the margins, and the boat trips do not run in a big swell.
The price covers 75-minute sound healing session, sound healers, Reiki energy healing, Chakra balancing and Community connection. It does not cover Transportation to and from the venue and Personal expenses, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
ADDA YOGA sends the meeting point and time by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with ADDA YOGA before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

I loved it!! It was amazing not only was it very relaxing and healing but informative.
Had an amazing time at ADDA YOGA! Left feeling calm, refreshed and relaxed. Worth noting that this takes place in an open rooftop area so there was some background noises from bikes, animals and people. Overall it was amazing and I’d do it again if I come back to Bali :)
It was really nice, a bit hot and noisy though, because it was outside on the roof
really lovely activity to do. we were staying in semiyak not far from Canggu and it was lovely to escape the busy roads on the roof top studio. even with the noise of the road below myself and my niece found the session very relaxing and calming 😌

It was a very involving and relaxing activity. I would have preferred to stay in an indoor facility, but the place was nicely ventilated.

Sound healing in a lovely atmosphere at a roof top floor, overseeing Canggu. Tea and inspiring music is welcoming you at the reception. A lot of relaxing material is provided and the master of sound was amazing. It was magical, even though the surrounding is not so quiet. Thanks to the entire ADDA YOGA team.
