This is a 7-hour experience in Ubud, built around Campuhan Ridge Walk, Ubud Palace and Saraswati Temple. It is run by Trip Gotik - Bali Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Ubud town is walkable in a morning. The royal palace, Puri Saren Agung, faces the market on the main crossroads and hosts a dance performance most evenings; the Saraswati temple behind Starbucks has a lotus pond in front of it; and the Campuhan ridge walk is a paved two-kilometre path along a spur between two rivers on the western edge of town, best before 9:00 or after 4:00 when it is cooler. The art museums, Neka and Puri Lukisan, hold the best collections of the Ubud and Batuan painting styles. Traffic on the main streets is heavy by mid-morning, so do the walking first.
