Full description
This is a 10-hour experience from Ubud, built around Leke Leke Waterfall, Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary and Tegallalang. It is run by Trip Gotik - Bali Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The waterfalls around Ubud sit in a band to the east and south of the town, mostly within an hour's drive. Tegenungan is the closest and the busiest, with a broad fall and a pool at the bottom. Tibumana and Kanto Lampo, both in Bangli, are smaller and better for getting in the water: Tibumana drops in a single curtain into a clear pool, and at Kanto Lampo the water fans across a stepped rock face that people climb onto for photographs. All of them involve steps down and back up, and the rocks are slippery, so proper sandals or shoes that can get wet are the right footwear. The wet season, November to March, brings the fullest flow but also brown water for a day or two after heavy rain.
Pickup is offered from Sanur, Jalan Nusa Dua, Ubud, Seminyak, Bali and Kintamani; the exact spot and time are agreed with Trip Gotik - Bali Tours once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.

we had the best day. Newman was our private tour guide, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. The heavens opened and we had rain like I have never experienced. he made us umbrellas from leaves before running back to the car to get our real umbrella! The swing was thrilling, the rice terraces beautiful and the waterfall magical, but the monkey forest experience topped the day with a baby monkey climbing up my soaking trousers to have a cuddle. 100 % recommend this trip and hope you get lucky and get Newman as your tour guide.

Karba John was a great guide. He answered all of our questions and explained the history at each stop. He really made the day enjoyable and it could not have gone better.
We really enjoyed the monkey forest and seeing all the monkeys running around. The guide was great with showing different things in the forest and temples and explaining the plants and their uses. An improvement would be to perhaps include rice terraces (as promoted) as we did see rice paddies but not terraces. Also water in vehicle would be an advantage as we did exhaust the ones we brought early as it was a hot humid day

He arrived early, was such a careful driver, knew all the shortcuts to get us places faster before they got too busy. He was very friendly, told us all about local traditions and explained everything from wildlife to the villages we drove through.
