Full description
This is a 2-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by Trip Gotik - Bali Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The waterfalls of north Bali are bigger and quieter than the ones around Ubud, and further away: Sekumpul, Banyumala, Gitgit and the falls around Munduk are all roughly two hours from Ubud on the road over the mountains past the lakes. Sekumpul is the largest on the island at about 80 metres, and reaching the base means a steep descent of several hundred steps and a river crossing, so it is a walk rather than a viewpoint stop. Munduk sits at around 800 metres, which makes it noticeably cooler and often misty in the afternoon. Days up here usually pair a waterfall with the lake temple at Ulun Danu Beratan and the Handara Gate.

I had an epic experience with this tour. Amazing guides, and the whole day was filled with a lot of beautiful activities- a jungle walk. Canoeing, swimming by the waterfall. And yummy food at the end. Higly recommend it!:)
An amazing experience made even more special by an exceptional guide! I absolutely loved this experience. The forest trek, the canoe ride across the lake and the waterfalls were all beautiful, but what really made the day so special was my guide. You could genuinely feel how passionate he was about sharing his knowledge. He took the time to explain things along the way, not because he had to, but because you could see that it really mattered to him. He was incredibly kind, attentive and always making sure that I was comfortable and enjoying myself. I felt completely at ease in his company and
had a wonderful day with Edy (aka Edy the Blue) and Agung. I can see that these guys are genuine locals and really love and care for Munduk and enjoy seeing visitors have a good time. Agung was particularly informative about different plants (coming from a farming family), I enjoyed him pointing out different types of flowers and trees. The locations we visited were as advertised (i.e. very pretty) and actually not that crowded. the day finished off with a lunch at a local place where are all my dietary needs (gf vegan) were accounted for. thanks for an unforgettable day!
We had an amazing experience on this tour! Kadek was an excellent guide. He gave us lots of interesting explanations throughout the day, was incredibly kind, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The itinerary was fantastic. We explored the jungle, went on a canoe ride, and visited an absolutely stunning waterfall. It was the most beautiful waterfall we saw during our entire trip to Bali! Our driver, who picked us up in Munduk and drove us to the different activity locations, was also very kind and drove very safely. We learned so many things during this excursion. Starting early

It was excellent but short if i consider the amount paid
It was a really lovely tour, you get an immersive experience trekking through the jungle, canoeing across the lake is serene and lets you take it all in, and you get to observe the beautiful temples. Banyumala Waterfall was amazing to see, very busy and a decent hike to get down but worth it! Would recommend
We had a really great time during this activity! The transportation provided by our driver Erik was very smooth, he was always in time and ready to pick us up. Our trekking guide Gunk was also great, during the jungle trek he explained a lot about the local fauna and flora, as well as Balinese culture and customs. We also really enjoyed the canoeing on the lake! Our lunch at the local restaurant was exceptionally good, we loved every bit, especially the nasi campur!
We had the most wonderful time! Our guide Tia was amazing taking us on the medium trek. It was such good value for money and highly recommend!
I had an amazing tour day with the guide Kadek and the driver Jemi. They were really sympathetic, explained everything to me and gave me an amazing tour to the waterfall, temples, the twin Lake viewpoint and a delicious local food for a stop for lunch. They really showed me another side of Bali that I loved: Munduk! Loved the mountain side of Bali. I will definitely come back and I would totally recommend them. If you come, make the tour with them!
I booked a trip and transfer to north Bali, the driver showed up and the ride was very smooth. My tour guide Kadek was very nice and he really took the time to explain a lot about the nature etc. At the end of the day it began to rain heavily, but luckily Kadek brought some umbrellas, so the rain was no problem, overall the experience was amazing! Thank you Guide Kadek and Driver Buda!
