This is a 10-minute experience in Ubud. It is run by Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
A tethered hot-air balloon ride near Ubud lifts to around 50 metres above the rice fields at dawn or in the late afternoon, when the air is still; the basket stays on its cables, so it is a viewpoint rather than a flight, and the session lasts a few minutes at height. Wind cancels it, and the operator decides on the morning. Helicopter tours leave from the south of the island and follow the coast or cross to Nusa Penida in 20 to 45 minutes.
The price covers 7-10 minute hot air balloon experience, Hot air balloon certificate and Insurance. It does not cover Hotel transfer and Food and beverage, so budget for those separately. Overall a good experience, maybe 5 minutes more! đ
This was a bucket list of ours. Unfortunately weather meant we had to rearrange then we were only able to ride to half height. We would have waiting but had other plans that day. Overall good experience and you get one photo included *not the one attached a professional one
The 10 minute entertainment was worth the money. perhaps it would be more fun an hour earlier in the first minutes of sunrise
THE POSTAL CODE IN THE APP AND WHERE ACTUALLY THE PLACE IS WAS TOTALLY WRONG. And cause of that I missed my $200 worth of experience. Totally waste of time and the eager me who was waiting for this first time experience was totally made devastated due to this. I am a tourist so whatever the postal code it is in the app is what I wil be typing in the taxi app. Hope no one else will experience this. Pls look in google for the exact address to not miss your activity

Difficulty in contacting those concerned if the event is canceled, and inability to contact customer service due to unclear and ambiguous options.
The balloon didnât go very high, it was tethered so it didnât actually fly, as much as you floated not very far up.Ten minutes? Maybe? 6? Great for pictures, but itâs not much of an adventure. We bought 2 glasses of wine $45.00 Canadian. Kinda a meh experience.
De ballon gaat alleen omhoog en na 10 minuten weer naar beneden, de ballon zit aan riemen vast. Je kunt wel even mooi over de rijstvelden kijken en de zonsondergang zien.

Amazing experience, although it was tethered, the experience was great. Loved the scenery and the employees were super friendly and supportive. We originally booked for 5:30pm but it was too windy so we came back next day in the morning and received complimentary tea.

Sympa mais ça fait un peu attrape touriste dans un hÎtel de luxe : ballon accroché au sol par 3 personnes et un 4eme pour vendre des photos.
