This is a 6-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by CV. Bali Private Transports, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
A highlights day around Ubud strings together the places that photograph best in the order the light suits them: Tegallalang before the coaches, a swing while the queue is short, a waterfall by late morning, and Tirta Empul or a temple in the afternoon. The distances are small but the roads are slow, so the order matters more than the list. Sarongs are needed at every temple and are provided at the gate; swings and some viewpoints charge separately from the tour; and wet-season afternoons, November to March, often bring rain from about two o'clock, which is why these days start early.

It does not cover Entrance fees, Lunch and drinks, Tips and Optional activity fees, so budget for those separately. We had a fantastic day with our driver and guide Twin. Twin spoke very good English and shared a lot of local information as we visited waterfalls, a coffee plantation and Tirta Empul Temple. Twin made sure our every need was catered for and he had an infectious positive energy which really made this trip a standout of our travels so far. Would highly recommend!
We enjoyed every minute of our trip. We visited Handara Gate, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. We beat the crowds by starting early at 06:00am so we could fully enjoy the locations with very few tourists. The UNESCO rice terraces were stunning and beat every other rice terraces that we have seen. Our guide Wayan was very professional and helpful, always with a smile and he made our tip a full success!
Adi was excellent. He helped us plan our agenda and gave us really good tips. He drove so safely, even in traffic and through the mountains. He is also a great photographer! :D
