Full description
This is a 9-hour experience from Ubud, built around Gembleng Waterfall and Sidemen Rice Terrace. It is run by SIDEMEN TREKKING, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The waterfalls around Ubud sit in a band to the east and south of the town, mostly within an hour's drive. Tegenungan is the closest and the busiest, with a broad fall and a pool at the bottom. Tibumana and Kanto Lampo, both in Bangli, are smaller and better for getting in the water: Tibumana drops in a single curtain into a clear pool, and at Kanto Lampo the water fans across a stepped rock face that people climb onto for photographs. All of them involve steps down and back up, and the rocks are slippery, so proper sandals or shoes that can get wet are the right footwear. The wet season, November to March, brings the fullest flow but also brown water for a day or two after heavy rain.
Pickup is offered from Tegalalang, Sanur, Sidemen, Selat and Ubud; the exact spot and time are agreed with SIDEMEN TREKKING once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.

Eine traumhafte Tour durch Sidemen. Sidemen ist nicht so überlaufen von Touristen, weshalb wir uns für diese Tour entschieden haben. Unser erster Halt war der Gembleng Wasserfall. Das Baden in dem natürlichen infinity Pool mit Ausblick auf den Jungel war einfach der Hammer. Anschließend haben wir ein Reisfeld Trekking gemacht. Unser Guide Nyoman war super, er hat uns die schönsten Spots gezeigt und jede Pflanze erklärt, die wir gesehen haben! Unser letzter halt war der Koli Koli Club, wo wir mit wundervollem Ausblick auf den Mount Agung etwas zu essen und ein kaltes Getränk genossen haben. Ans
La actividad fue genial. Nuestro guia fue Nyoman, fue muy puntual recogiendonos en el hotel y super simpático, nos explicaba todo muy bien y respondia todas nuestras preguntas. Nos hizo mil fotos como todo un profesional. Sidemen es una parte super auténtica de Bali y lo recomiendo 100%

We were not informed that the lunch venue needed booking prior to our arrival therefore we were actually turned away! Very poor And disappointing We then had to find our own place to eat without the views of koli koli Not value for money because of this fact

De gids was een hele fijne man!! Nam alle tijd voor ons! Reed heel fijn! Een automaat in de bergen is heel relaxt! Had ook veel kennis van de omgeving!
Fantastiske oplevelser allesammen. Dog var guiden ikke forberedt og havde aldrig kørt turen før. Han skulle låne penge, idet hans eget kort ikke fungerede. Når man er på en dagstur, kunne komforten for bilen ønske sig noget bedre. Men oplevelserne ved vandfald, ris-terrasser og Koli Koli var fantastisk.
Der Ausflug nach Sidemen war ein absolutes Highlight unserer Bali-Reise. Die beeindruckenden Reisterrassen boten eine traumhafte Kulisse mit herrlichen Ausblicken und einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen hat uns die authentische und ruhige Umgebung fernab der großen Touristenströme. Der Gembleng-Wasserfall war ebenfalls ein echtes Erlebnis. Die natürliche Schönheit des Ortes, kombiniert mit den spektakulären Aussichtspunkten und den natürlichen Wasserbecken, machte den Besuch unvergesslich. Zum Abschluss verbrachten wir Zeit im Koli Koli Club, der mit seiner angenehmen Atmosph

Der Ausflug zum Wasserfall, zu den Reis-Terrassen sowie in den Koli Koli Day Club war sehr kurzweilig. Mein Guide führte mich zum Wasserfall sowie zu den Reis-Terrassen. Dabei erzählte er wissenswertes zur Vegetation sowie zum Reisanbau. Den Nachmittag verbrachte ich bei bester Aussicht auf den Mount Agung im Koli Koli day club.
