This is a 75-minute experience in Ubud. It is run by ADDA YOGA, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Ubud's wellness trade grew out of its history as a healing centre; the town's name comes from ubad, medicine. Balinese massage is a long-stroke, oil-based technique with acupressure, and a boreh scrub, a paste of spices and rice powder, is the traditional warming treatment after it. Most spa sessions run 60 to 120 minutes and end with a flower bath or ginger tea. Yoga studios around the town teach every style, with drop-in classes through the day; sound healing sessions use gongs and singing bowls and run about an hour. Wear loose clothing, arrive ten minutes early, and eat lightly beforehand.

What an amazing way to relax in the evening. I enjoyed everything about the sound healing. I instantly felt relaxed. The ending was a highlight as we got to play around with the instruments!

The sound healing experience was incredible. It was relaxing, calming and the instructor was so sweet. She let us try the sound bowls and instruments after the class, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Good value for money . They offer a tea at the beginning, session is super relaxing. The facilitator is an amazing Balinese lady ( on Thursday ) . Very kind . The plus is that you can try the bowls after the session. And take pictures as a memory!

Excellent ! I will be back . Dian is such a good teacher, she is kind, funny and a real Balinese Lady . I do sound healing from time to time and I wanted to try in Bali . The price is correct compare to others business like Pyramid of Chi in Ubud ( up to 700 000 which is overpriced ) and the quality is good . It is more vibrational , so be ready to receive the vibration to your body . They offer tea and do welcome you well . Recommended
