Full description
This is a 8-hour experience from Ubud, built around Twin Lake View, Ulun Danu Bratan Temple and Banyumala Waterfalls. It is run by Munduk Taxi Driver by ciko, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
The waterfalls of north Bali are bigger and quieter than the ones around Ubud, and further away: Sekumpul, Banyumala, Gitgit and the falls around Munduk are all roughly two hours from Ubud on the road over the mountains past the lakes. Sekumpul is the largest on the island at about 80 metres, and reaching the base means a steep descent of several hundred steps and a river crossing, so it is a walk rather than a viewpoint stop. Munduk sits at around 800 metres, which makes it noticeably cooler and often misty in the afternoon. Days up here usually pair a waterfall with the lake temple at Ulun Danu Beratan and the Handara Gate.
Pickup is offered from Munduk and Gobleg; the exact spot and time are agreed with Munduk Taxi Driver by ciko once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.
The price covers Private car, Patrol / gasoline, Parking fees and Driver waiting time. It does not cover Entrance tickets, Lunch and personal expense, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Munduk Taxi Driver by ciko before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

Journée absolument incroyable ! Nous avons passé la journée avec Nova, un guide juste parfait, extrêmement attentionné et aux petits soins du début à la fin. Au programme : temple, plusieurs cascades et plusieurs arrêts pour profiter des paysages et faire des photos (ils savent exactement où les prendre et en plus ils sont super bons photographes !). Nous avons aussi déjeuné dans un excellent restaurant. Gros point positif : la journée est totalement modulable selon les envies de chacun, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
