The jungle swings near Ubud are a cluster of businesses along the Ayung river gorge around Bongkasa and along the road above Tegallalang, each with several swings of different heights, from about 10 metres up to 78 metres at the tallest, plus nests, hanging beds and photo props. You are strapped into a harness and pushed by staff, and the swing arcs out over the gorge. Prices are per swing or as a package, flowing dresses are rented on site for photographs, and the queue on a busy afternoon is the real cost, so an early slot is the one to book.

I had an amazing day! The driver, Made, was very patient and communicative. He even took extra pictures for me. The process was smooth and I have amazing memories thanks to everyone here. I almost skipped out on the coffee plantation but I’m glad I didn’t! It was a nice bonus after taking photos!
