Tabanan: Private Jeep, Balinese Village Workshop and Lunch in Ubud

This is a 6-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by Trivpass, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

ATV tracks around Ubud run through the villages north of the town near Payangan and Tegallalang, on a mix of dirt road, plantation track, river bed and, on most routes, a section of deep mud that is the part people remember. Rides are usually 1.5 to 2 hours on the machine, on tandem or single quads, with a guide leading. You will be dirty from the knees down and often entirely, so wear clothes you do not care about; operators provide boots, helmets and a shower afterwards. Minimum ages for driving vary by operator and are stated on the option, and children usually ride as passengers.

Trivpass sends the meeting point and time by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Trivpass before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.
