This is a 10-hour experience from Ubud, built around Ulun Danu Bratan Temple, Sekumpul Waterfall and Wanagiri Hidden Hill. It is run by Bali Exploring Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

The waterfalls around Ubud sit in a band to the east and south of the town, mostly within an hour's drive. Tegenungan is the closest and the busiest, with a broad fall and a pool at the bottom. Tibumana and Kanto Lampo, both in Bangli, are smaller and better for getting in the water: Tibumana drops in a single curtain into a clear pool, and at Kanto Lampo the water fans across a stepped rock face that people climb onto for photographs. All of them involve steps down and back up, and the rocks are slippery, so proper sandals or shoes that can get wet are the right footwear. The wet season, November to March, brings the fullest flow but also brown water for a day or two after heavy rain.

The booking system is not overly clear, we booked all inclusive but this does not mean long trek, nor did we get lunch, however the driver was fantastic and really knowledgeable and the waterfalls were amazing with an amazing guide!

It was a well prepared tour. Our driver was very talkative and shared with us many details about Indonesian traditions and culture. Also answered all our questions. The waterfalls were breathtaking - it was quite an experience to hike the jungle in a swimsuit and experience the power of waterfalls. Everything was organized well from the pickup til the local tour guide, who was extremely kind, and took care of our every steps. We felt safe and had a wonderful day.
