Full description
This is a 8-hour experience from Ubud, built around Tukad Cepung Waterfall, Tibumana Waterfall and Kanto Lampo Waterfall. It is run by Bali Taksu Private Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Tukad Cepung is a waterfall inside a narrow canyon near Tembuku in Bangli, about 45 minutes from Ubud, and it is known for the beams of light that reach the canyon floor when the sun is high. The beams appear roughly between 10:00 and noon on a clear day and not at all in heavy cloud, so timing matters more here than at any other waterfall around Ubud. The approach is a ten-minute walk down steps and then along the stream bed through the canyon, so shoes that can get wet are the right footwear. After heavy rain the stream rises and the water turns brown; in the wet season, November to March, the operator may swap it for another fall on the day.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Ubud. We saw so much nature, countryside, rice plantations and our guide Putu told us so much about the history of Bali and the temples. The waterfalls were amazing and we had a beautiful lunch at d carik tibuman with a little swim overlooking the rice fields. Each waterfall was unique and beautiful. Putu helped us down to the waterfall and took amazing pictures for us. The tour was everything you should see in Ubud. If you only do one tour, do this one!

È stata veramente una bella giornata dove abbiamo potuto visitare le cascate di Bali; grazie anche alla nostra guida di nome Putu che è stato veramente gentile e disponibile proponendoci, nonostante non fosse nell’itinerario, una sosta per poter assistere a uno spettacolo tipico balinese. it was a very good trip well worth your money and time. waterfalls were the best ones and my guide Putu was very helpful and friendly. He explained a lot about Balinese culture and about the area. For me it was s good choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide Bintang was so friendly. He arrived early to our villa and got us to each destination quickly and smoothly. All the waterfalls are beautiful but beware there are a lot of steps and some walking through shallow water to reach a couple of them.

Wir hatten einen tollen Tag mit unserem netten Guide Putu. Auf der Tour sind viele Treppen zu steigen, aber es lohnt sich. Wir hatten auch ein wunderbares Mittagessen unterwegs.
El tour es fantástico para conocer las principales cascadas de Ubud y disfrutar de la naturaleza. He tenido la suerte de tener como guía a Putu, que ha sido muy atento y me ha dado mucha información sobre los templos, la cultura y la religión de Bali. ¡Recomiendo sin duda esta actividad!
