Full description
This is a 8-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by Tour bali, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
White-water rafting near Ubud runs on the Ayung river, about twelve kilometres of class II to III water through a gorge below Payangan, taking around two hours on the water. Telaga Waja in the east is steeper, class III to IV, and used by operators who want more of a run. Both rivers rise sharply after rain, which makes the wet season, November to March, the faster ride and the dry season the calmer one; operators cancel when the river is genuinely too high. There is a walk down steps to the put-in and up again at the end, and everything you take gets wet, so leave phones in the dry bag the operator provides.
Pickup is offered from Ubud, Jl. Pantai Kuta No.18, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa dua and 6588+QG4; the exact spot and time are agreed with Tour bali once the booking is confirmed, and the option you choose sets whether transport is included.
The price covers Hotel pickup and drop-off, Private air-conditioned transportation, driver, ATV ride and White water rafting experience. It does not cover Tip, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

Was amazing day . Such a wonderful guide. He let us keep the bags in the car. Picked us up from our villa and transferred us to our new hotel. He had many great other places to go and knows bali very well.
We had an amazing tour with Reval, he picked us up promptly from the correct location and even dropped us off to our other hotel with no problem, we went on the atvs and white water rafting which was great fun and he was there waiting for us when we finished, he even took us to the coffee plantation by his recommendation, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about anything we wanted to ask, we really recommend him as a tour guide, his driving was great and we had a brilliant time.

Indra is an amazing driver! He ensured our safety. He knows the ins and outs of the traffic, allowing us to have the best experience while avoiding the crowds. He was very attentive and took us rafting and ATV riding. Oh, and his photography skills are incredible! He happily took photos of us at the best spots using great techniques. Overall, the experience was a 9/10, but Indra made it truly special.
