This is a 5-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by Trip Gotik - Bali Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
A highlights day around Ubud strings together the places that photograph best in the order the light suits them: Tegallalang before the coaches, a swing while the queue is short, a waterfall by late morning, and Tirta Empul or a temple in the afternoon. The distances are small but the roads are slow, so the order matters more than the list. Sarongs are needed at every temple and are provided at the gate; swings and some viewpoints charge separately from the tour; and wet-season afternoons, November to March, often bring rain from about two o'clock, which is why these days start early.
The price covers Live local Balinese host or English-speaking guide, Guidance for Melukat, Traditional Canang offering materials, Sarong and temple sash for temple visit and Locker or changing facilities. We went for our tour today with our guide Gus. The trip was amazing. We visited the Tegenungan waterfall, coffee tasting at a local plantation with tour explaining the process of luwack coffee, we went to the Pura Tirta Empup temple where Gus explained the history, culture and practices, we then visited the tegallalang rice terrace where Gus explained the process of growing and harvesting the rice, we then stopped for lunch nearby at a great spot with lovely food! We then headed to the monkey forest and ended the trip in the Ubud Art Market where Gus let us shop then picked us up when requeste
Our guide was so wonderful and very informative. Not only was he a great driver but a FANTASTIC photographer/videographer. He took the best pictures of our entire trip to Bali. We were so happy with our experience and couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you!
Absolutely loved it! Our guide was funny and friendly and recommended some really great places on top of the couple we’d picked out. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about it but start early, we began at 7am and it was so quiet but it’s does get busy at certain spots by 11ish

Our guide Adi was outstanding. Incredibly kind, considerate, informative and accommodating. We learned so much about each of the temples, Balinese culture and religion. It was a great day and such a good way to hit all of the sites in Ubud.

It was an excellent and very flexible trip! Dayu (our guide) was super friendly and interesting, she explained us so much about her culture! And we arranged the trip together based on our conversation. We wanted more local experiences and food, so she took us to the local food market and really considered our preferences.
Adi was very nice and very helpful. He was most attentive and helpful with one of travelers with some mobility limitations. He was also flexible and allowed us to change the itinerary due to heavy rain.

Yani was fantastic. She arrived early, took me to more places than on my original itinerary, and even lent me cash when I realized I didn’t have any (I paid her back upon our return). She was warm, friendly and the perfect guide!
Covered many places in a short time. This tour gives you the opportunity to be very flexible and completely personalize the things to do based on your wishes. The guide for today, Suru was able to cover the itinerary very smoothly with his experience, knowledge and patience on all the options visited. He also helped us save time in commute by mostly avoiding traffic hotspots
