Full description
This is a 6.5-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by PT. Bali Ratnasari Tour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Bali's UNESCO listing of 2012 covers the subak, the water-temple irrigation system that has shared river water between rice terraces for a thousand years, with the Jatiluwih terraces, Pura Taman Ayun in Mengwi and the Pakerisan river temples around Tirta Empul as its named sites. The coffee plantations along the Kintamani road are agro-tourism stops rather than working estates, with a walk past cocoa, vanilla and coffee plants and a free tasting of a dozen teas and coffees. Kopi luwak, the coffee passed through a civet, is sold at most of them; some keep the civets in cages, and it is fair to ask before buying.

Traveler Reviews
