This is a 6-hour experience in Ubud. It is run by Bali Discount Adventure, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Ubud's wellness trade grew out of its history as a healing centre; the town's name comes from ubad, medicine. Balinese massage is a long-stroke, oil-based technique with acupressure, and a boreh scrub, a paste of spices and rice powder, is the traditional warming treatment after it. Most spa sessions run 60 to 120 minutes and end with a flower bath or ginger tea. Yoga studios around the town teach every style, with drop-in classes through the day; sound healing sessions use gongs and singing bowls and run about an hour. Wear loose clothing, arrive ten minutes early, and eat lightly beforehand.

The activities are really fun. They are approx 10 mins each. We were however disappointed that they over charged us for poor quality photos and videos, making it sound like a package deal for 700,000 rps = to $70 auds which we found out at the end as the guide originally told us 7000rps at the start but that was not true. They send them to your whattsapp so you don’t get to see all of them before hand and a lot of them are the same shots plus you have to download them individually, it’s not worth it. They say no phones etc but you don’t actually get tipped in to the water, it’s so you can pay
Nous avons d’abord été oubliés lors de la prise en charge. Le chauffeur, pourtant très gentil et disponible, n’était pas informé de notre réservation ni du fait que les activités étaient déjà payées, ce qui nous a obligés à retourner auprès d’un hôte pour sélectionner nos activités et évoqué les différents prix, or que nous avions une réservation Le parachute ascensionnel a duré à peine 5 minutes, installation comprise. Nous étions plus de 10 personnes sur le bateau et chacun passait très rapidement, sans vraiment profiter de l’expérience. En revanche, le jet ski était excellent, avec un perso

Le chauffeur nous à emmener puis ramener à l'hôtel était très sympathique et professionnel. les activitées nautiques était cool ( bien que très rapide. 5 min pour le parachute ascensionnel). Le massage de 2h était impeccable !
