This is a 9-hour experience in Uluwatu, built around Uluwatu Temple, Kecak Uluwatu and Local restaurant. It is run by Trip Gotik - Bali Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Pura Luhur Uluwatu stands on a cliff about 70 metres above the sea at the south-western tip of the Bukit peninsula, one of Bali's six directional temples, associated with the eleventh-century priest Empu Kuturan. The Kecak fire dance is performed in an amphitheatre beside the temple every evening at about 6:00, timed so the sunset is behind the performers; it runs around an hour, the chanting is done by a circle of men with no instruments, and the story is the Ramayana. Sarongs are provided at the gate. The temple's monkeys are practised thieves of sunglasses and phones, so keep both in a bag while walking the cliff path.

Our driver Widi picked us up at our hotel right on time. He drove us to all the spots included in the tour and accompanied us throughout the entire day. At each location, he was always there to help, share interesting and useful information, and take photos of us. At the same time, he gave us plenty of time and freedom to explore the places on our own. Widi was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole day. Everything was perfectly organized, and we had a wonderful day. Thank you, Widi, for making it such a great experience!

It was a great day! Eddy is a very kind and smart guide and driver. He explains a lot af things about the temples and their builder, but also about balinese tradition. He drives very safely. The temples were very beautiful and quiet places, but the road was so long because of the trafgic.

My guide, Jolly, was great. I learned a lot about Indonesian culture and their way of life from him. The tour itself was a little hard to bear, to be frank, because the traffic was absolutely horrendous. Of the 12 hours I spent on the tour, at least 8 1/2 was in the car. I went on a Sunday so maybe that’s why.

Our trip guide was Wayan Sana and honestly he made out trip memorable. We went to Tanalot temple, padam padam beach and Ulluwatu temple and he guided us about everything. He told us about histories and signs of places there, provided us refreshments again and again. He was hospitable and friendly. I would have rated him 100 stars if possible, I would recommend everyone else booking for this tour must request the Sana as tour guide for unforgettable experience.
