Full description

This is a 14-hour experience from Uluwatu, built around View point. It is run by upperTour, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

The Bukit peninsula, the limestone block at the southern tip of Bali, holds Uluwatu temple and its Kecak, the cliff beaches, and the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue, a 121-metre figure of Vishnu riding Garuda completed in 2018 after 28 years, which stands in a cultural park with dance performances through the day. The peninsula is dry, hot and mostly without shade, and distances between the beaches are longer than they look on a map, so a driver for the day is the usual way to see it. Sunset is at about 6:15 to 6:30 all year, and Uluwatu's cliff path fills for it.

Activities were super fun, and the guide Yanto was amazing, ensured we had a great time and helped us get access to the best spots. He also was a very pleasant and clearly very experienced. Yanto is also a very good photographer and was able to capture our moments at the waterfall and the Monkey Sanctuary/forest. Very knowledgeable and made a long day of driving and location visiting a warm and welcoming journey. Would definitely recommend to anyone again, Yanto is the guy to go to, definitely request him as guide for your long booking days!
