The driver / guide was good and gave a comprehensive explanation on the history of Bali The Turtles were somewhat disappointing as we were unable to handle or release any The trip to the beach was just a ‘windy’ beach with kite surfing The Bajra Sandhi Monument was closed on the day of our visit The restaurant with Balinese food had lots of local dishes to try

What a great trip this was!! Gus our driver was incredibly knowledgeable & informative. We now feel that we have a very good understanding of Balinese history, spirituality, culture & customs. Each stop was very interesting- the Balinese lunch was yum!! Thankyou Gus for making our day!!

Enjoyable and informative
We hebben een geweldige dag gehad. Met dank aan onze gids Gus. De beach hebben we overgeslagen omdat deze vlak bij ons hotel was. In plaats daarvan heeft Gus ons meer van Sanur laten zien. Zijn kennis van de geschiedenis van Bali was indrukwekkend. En hij heeft ons verteld hoe het hindoeïsme in elkaar zit. Ook waren we onder de indruk van het schildpaddenreservaat. Ze doen daar goed werk. Een echte aanrader is deze excursie ren zeker met Gus als gids.
I had a lovely day exploring with Joe, who was incredibly generous in sharing his vast knowledge of Balinese history and culture. the turtle centre is doing incredible work, and it's a good place to get some fixed-price souvenirs for those who don't like bartering. Lunch was also delicious, and I tried many tasty traditional sweets.
Die Schildkrötenrettungsstation war super interessant. Die kleinen Babyschildkröten waren richtig süß. Der Strand Besuch war nicht so schön. Es liegt sehr viel Müll herum. Das Monument wiederum war schön und auch da authentische Mittagessen war toll.
