This is a 8-hour experience in Hiroshima, built around Bus/coach, Atomic Bomb Dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Hiroshima's Peace Memorial Park sits on the ground beneath the point where the bomb detonated at 8:15 on 6 August 1945. The A-Bomb Dome, the skeleton of the industrial promotion hall, was left as it stood; the Peace Memorial Museum reopened in 2019 after a redesign and takes about two hours, and is not for young children. The Children's Peace Monument is hung with paper cranes sent from around the world. Hiroshima's own food is okonomiyaki layered with noodles, eaten at counters in Okonomimura. Miyajima is 40 minutes away and most visitors combine the two in one day.

We had a great day exploring Hiroshima and Miyajima. Our guide Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy. Even though the Hiroshima part of the tour was a little solemn, it was an eye opening experience. I would recommend this tour.

Hiroshima and Miyajima, we got an great tour with explanation about the history of both. The peace museum is a must do. We travelled with the Shinkansen from Osaka which was perfect.

I’ve done this day tour twice now and have had a wonderful time on both occasions. This time, we had a small group and the lovely guide Hiro! it was so refreshing and wonderful to be guided by somebody who had such passion and love for the city and its history. The peace museum is somewhere that’s incredibly moving and moving to visit. The Okonomiyaki meal was absolutely delicious, and Miyajima island was beautiful as usual! I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anybody wanting to come and visit Hiroshima! thank you again, Hiro!

It's a different experience when there is a tour guide giving you a history lesson vs just going to the site by yourself. Miyajima island was really nice - although we wish we had more time to spend there. Highly recommended!

This tour was both entertaining and educational, a rare combination indeed. The biggest standout was our tour guide ,was she insightful, but also cheerful and very helpful with accommodating my family needs. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn and explore Japanese culture.

Glad we booked this tour, it was totally worth it getting a dive in on the history of Hiroshima. Afterwards, we took a boat going to Miyajima Island. We get to experience roaming around with the deers, eat delicious oyster and visit the shrine. This was possible with our amazing tour guide Kane and our driver Masa. Kane was very organized and gave us ample time in each spot which didn’t feel rushed and very knowledgeable which made our experience the best ever.
