This is a 11-hour experience from Mount Fuji, built around Bus/coach, Mt. Fuji 5th Station and Local restaurant. It is run by Japan Panoramic Tours, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Mount Fuji is 3,776 metres, Japan's highest mountain and an active volcano that last erupted in 1707. Day tours from Tokyo go to the Fuji Five Lakes on its north side, about two hours away: Lake Kawaguchiko for the classic reflection view, Oshino Hakkai's spring-fed ponds, the Chureito Pagoda above Fujiyoshida with the mountain behind it, and often the Fuji Subaru Line to the 5th Station at 2,300 metres when the road is open, roughly April to November. The summit is climbable only in July and August. Fuji is visible on roughly a third of days and most often in winter mornings; from June to September it is hidden in cloud more often than not, and no operator can promise the view, so the lakes and the pagoda are planned as worth the day on their own.

A great tour! Everything was chicly organized from the beginning to the very end. Our guide, Lovely, was simply unsurpassed, knowing a lot of interesting and entertaining things. She was very attentive to tourists very caring. I made sure that no one got lost or got bored.

Sora-san was a great guide! Engaging. fun, informative, and just excellent all around. The experiences were memorable and unique, and her name (blue sky) was good luck, as Fuji-san came out about e the clouds at station to put on a show for us!

Well organised, on time and guide and driver were very kind and friendly. Time was good at each stop and we did exactly as the tour details had advised when we booked. Included lunch was a great addition. A really great day seeing superb sights.

Tsubasa was excellent! we've thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and he's been a fantastic host! We were fortunate to get great views of Fuji and whilst on the cable cars. The lunch was very nice, lots of buffets choice (incl veggie bits). Plenty of gift shops! Tsubasa was so great. I'm very pleased we got to go on his bus. He's got a lot of good energy and he's a good, fun guy! 10/10 trip.
