Full description

This is a 10-hour experience in Mount Fuji, built around Bus/coach, Mount Fuji and Owakudani. It is run by H.I.S. Co Ltd(TIC), an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Mount Fuji is 3,776 metres, Japan's highest mountain and an active volcano that last erupted in 1707. Day tours from Tokyo go to the Fuji Five Lakes on its north side, about two hours away: Lake Kawaguchiko for the classic reflection view, Oshino Hakkai's spring-fed ponds, the Chureito Pagoda above Fujiyoshida with the mountain behind it, and often the Fuji Subaru Line to the 5th Station at 2,300 metres when the road is open, roughly April to November. The summit is climbable only in July and August. Fuji is visible on roughly a third of days and most often in winter mornings; from June to September it is hidden in cloud more often than not, and no operator can promise the view, so the lakes and the pagoda are planned as worth the day on their own.

Yuki and her assistant were Amazing , Yuki kept us entertained through out the tour and she went above and beyond to look after the needs of everyone on the tour ,highly recommend this tour.

Our host Yoshio was amazing. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and was very happy to help. Unfortunately, we did not see Mt.Fuji due to the weather.

Great tour! Starting with assigned seats on the bus, our family didn’t have to worry about sitting together. Next we traveled to Fuji and had 25 mins at 5th station to explore and take photos. Lunch was a buffet which they replenished as needed with our large group. They had food for kids too (chicken tempura, rice, French fries, curry, salad, etc) and also Japanese food like octopus balls, seafood pot, and more! The gondola and pirate boat ride was gray too. Definitely recommend for kids and families!

The tour runs regardless and the lakes, the pagoda and the ropeway are planned to be worth the day without the summit. There is no refund for cloud.
