This is a 10-hour experience from Mount Fuji, built around Bus/coach, Hakone Shrine and Owakudani Valley. It is run by 株式会社星辰, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Mount Fuji is 3,776 metres, Japan's highest mountain and an active volcano that last erupted in 1707. Day tours from Tokyo go to the Fuji Five Lakes on its north side, about two hours away: Lake Kawaguchiko for the classic reflection view, Oshino Hakkai's spring-fed ponds, the Chureito Pagoda above Fujiyoshida with the mountain behind it, and often the Fuji Subaru Line to the 5th Station at 2,300 metres when the road is open, roughly April to November. The summit is climbable only in July and August. Fuji is visible on roughly a third of days and most often in winter mornings; from June to September it is hidden in cloud more often than not, and no operator can promise the view, so the lakes and the pagoda are planned as worth the day on their own.

Serina is great; she has sent me an update of the trip plan. It was my fault that I didn't check the messages. She kindly called me multiple times to make sure we were on the way. During the tour, she explained the places and photo zones well and took her time to take our pictures with a big smile. Our trip to Mt. Fuji was amazing. I highly recommend Serina, who has plans to go to Mt. Fuji.

We booked this tour the day before because we saw that Mt. Fuji would be visible. We’re so glad we did it because the tour was amazing and we were able to see it in all the stops. Serina is an excellent guide, she gave us info regarding the different stops and tips on the best places to see the Mt. Fuji. Thanks to Serina’s organization, we had enough time in each view point while still leaving right on schedule or even in advance. Just be aware that the cruise is not really optional so you need cash to pay, but if the weather is good the boat ride is very enjoyable.

Serina was a wonderful tour guide and took a lot of initiative to help us capture good photos. Though it was a cloudy day and could not see Mount Fuji, it was still a wonderful and well planned trip.

Nobody can promise it. Fuji is clear on roughly a third of days, most often on winter mornings, and from June to September it is in cloud more often than not. The tour runs regardless and the lakes, the pagoda and the ropeway are planned to be worth the day without the summit. There is no refund for cloud.
