This is a 10-hour experience from Mount Fuji, built around Arakurayama Sengen Park, Makaino Farm Resort and Lake Tanuki. It is run by Leda Japan, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Mount Fuji is 3,776 metres, Japan's highest mountain and an active volcano that last erupted in 1707. Day tours from Tokyo go to the Fuji Five Lakes on its north side, about two hours away: Lake Kawaguchiko for the classic reflection view, Oshino Hakkai's spring-fed ponds, the Chureito Pagoda above Fujiyoshida with the mountain behind it, and often the Fuji Subaru Line to the 5th Station at 2,300 metres when the road is open, roughly April to November. The summit is climbable only in July and August. Fuji is visible on roughly a third of days and most often in winter mornings; from June to September it is hidden in cloud more often than not, and no operator can promise the view, so the lakes and the pagoda are planned as worth the day on their own.

The entire itinerary was well-organized, offering great opportunities to capture photos with Mount Fuji in the background at every stop. The photo spots at the ranch were beautiful, though there were crowds and queues, so one had to manage the time accordingly. Hotel pick-up and drop-off were very convenient, and the driver, Brother Qiang, was polite.

what me & my family got was more of a driver that drove us from point A to B & then B to C so on so forth.Gary was more of a friendly driver than a useful guide to be honest.So those that intend to take this tour be aware of this as it is not at all a "guided" tour...far from it.You are dropped from point to point & infos provided about each site was scant to say the least. Another disappointment on that day was that Mount Fuji was covered with clouds at the top hence was not a picture perfect day.Other than that, those sites would have been breathtaking with a clear Mt Fuji's back drop The fo

The driver/guide was fantastic, taking excellent care of everyone and explaining everything clearly, including important information and safety precautions. There were no extra charges. Safe and reliable. A group chat was created one day in advance to arrange the meeting point.
