Full description
This is a experience from Sapporo, built around Bus/coach, Lake Shikotsu and Toya National Park Silo Observation Deck. It is run by H.I.S. Co Ltd(TIC), an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Hokkaido is Japan's northern island, a different climate and a different scale: Sapporo is its city, with the beer museum, the ramen alley and the February snow festival; Otaru, 40 minutes away, has the canal and the glass and music-box shops; Noboribetsu is the hell-valley hot springs; Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu are caldera lakes; and Biei and Furano in the centre are the flower fields and lavender of July. Winter brings two metres of snow to Sapporo and the powder that made Niseko famous. Distances are long and trains are few, so day tours from Sapporo are mostly by bus and run eight to ten hours.
The price covers Daytour, English / Chinese / Japanese guide, Oishii Manju", Mt. Usu Ropeway Fee and Options 2 & 4:Authentic Genghis Khan. It does not cover Shōwa-shinzan bear ranch Admission fee, Other personal expenses, Not mentioned in the inclusion and Options 1 & 3:Lunch, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
ANAクラウンプラザホテル 札幌. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with H.I.S. Co Ltd(TIC) before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

Traveler Reviews
Had a lot of fun during the trip. Our guide, Helen, provided a lot of interesting information about the spots and Japanese culture in general. I just wished we would have had a little bit more time at the first spot, Noboribetsu. Overall, the tour was very well organized and for a good price.
Tour guide was very informative. I got to see exactly what I wanted to see from a one day tour of Hokkaido!
Great day trip covering some beautiful natural landscapes. Our guide Andy was very helpful and kind and did an impressive job guiding everyone in 3 languages!
Our tour with Helen was an absolute highlight! Her enthusiasm, humor, and incredible knowledge of the region made the day unforgettable. The driver was also great, and we felt safe at all times. The selected locations were beautiful, and the time flew by. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to explore this area!
Great tour with some beautiful scenery. Highly recommended
Very good guide Seico. Her hand drawn maps were a highlight
Overall it was a nice trip, with a very good itinerary, and good service by Helen the tour guide as well as the driver and receptionist. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so our last two stops were marred by terrible weather and we got back an hour late
Superbe excusions pour découvrir les essentiels au alentours de Sapporo et donner envie de revenir découvrir à d’autres saisons Parfois peu de temps à chaque arrêt mais c’est attendu au vu des trajets
Perfect. The guide was very friendly and organized.
Our guide was very nice and very accommodating. We had English, Chinese and Japanese tourists on our bus, so he had to say everything in all 3 languages. The sites in this tour were amazing. We decided to do the ropeway and feed the bears. The ropeway had stunning views and we rushed to see all the views at the top to have time to feed the bears. Feeding the bears was disappointing. You get a bag of wafer cookies for ¥200 and then toss the cookies down to an enclosure were the bears try and catch them with their mouths. It made me sad. But otherwise, the tour was great. And the bus stopped for
Obviously the venues themselves were stunning, but the time was just managed so poorly that it really took away from the experience. There was really no need to spend so long at Lake Toya considering there was really nothing to do, and the ropeway/bear ranch was an either/or which was not communicated until we were arriving there. We paid for both, and while we did technically get to do both, the only way this was possible was to travel up the ropeway, then immediately come back down. It was pointless. The bear ranch was not good. They were covered in their own filth, and had been trained to a
The guide and bus driver outstanding service and kept us informed all tru-out the tour
