This is a 1-hour experience in Tokyo. It is run by GuideMe Japan, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

I really enjoyed the Geisha show. The performances were beautiful, graceful, and incredibly peaceful to watch. The traditional games we got to participate in were also very entertaining and made the experience much more interactive and memorable. The Q&A session was especially informative and gave me a better understanding of Japanese culture and the traditions behind the performance. Overall, it was a wonderful cultural experience and definitely something I would recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

Absolutely brilliant. The translator explained everything clearly especially during the question and answer session. The Geisha was great fun, sang some songs and we played some traditional Japanese games. I would highly recommend this as an activity in Japan!!!

We had a lovely time watching the geisha perform 3 songs and then playing games with the geisha. We were then able to ask questions and take pictures. Good for kids with short attention spans. Geisha Yakuri was lovely.

A truly amazing show with authentic geisha performances. The performance, acting, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. There was also plenty of time for a photo session with the geisha, which made the experience even more special. Minato explained everything clearly and did an excellent job translating throughout the experience. Highly recommended!

The Geisha show is really nice ! I enjoyed a lot and I learnt a lot of history / background related to Geisha, this event is very educational and Minato san is a good tutor with good knowledge about Geisha
