Full description
Tokyo's car scene is real, it happens at night, and it is almost impossible to reach without someone who already belongs to it. This is a ride-along — you are the passenger, so no licence and no IDP needed.
The route follows the roads the scene actually uses. The Wangan is the bayside expressway that runs the length of Tokyo Bay, and its tunnels and sweeping curves are the reason it became shorthand for Japanese street racing decades before any film borrowed the name. Rainbow Bridge crosses to Odaiba with the skyline stacked behind it.
Daikoku Parking Area is the heart of it. A service area sitting on a loop of elevated ramp in Yokohama harbour, it turns on weekend nights into the most famous informal car meet in Japan — bosozoku builds, immaculate Skylines, kei trucks done up beyond reason, all parked in rows under sodium light. Entry is free and the atmosphere is relaxed; people come to look at each other's cars.
A-Pit Autobacs, Tokyo Tower and Shibuya Crossing fill out the night. Bring a camera — the stops are built around photographs.
Tour Itinerary
The schedule below is a suggested plan and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Hotel pickup
Collected from your central Tokyo hotel and briefed on the night's route.
Tokyo Tower and Shibuya
City landmarks first while the expressways are still filling up.
Wangan and Rainbow Bridge
Onto the bayside expressway, through the tunnels and across to Odaiba.
Daikoku Parking Area
The main event — walk the rows of cars at the Yokohama harbour meet.
Detailed Itinerary
Pickup is around 20:00, though the exact time shifts with the season and with when Daikoku starts filling. The early stretch covers the city landmarks — Tokyo Tower lit, Shibuya Crossing from the car — while the expressways are still quiet.
The Wangan section is the driving part of the night: bayside curves, tunnel runs and Rainbow Bridge across to Odaiba. Your driver knows where the pull-offs are for photographs.
Daikoku is timed for when the meet is busiest, usually late evening on a weekend. You have about an hour on foot among the cars. It is an informal gathering on public property, so attendance varies with weather and with police presence on the night — some evenings are packed, some are thin, and nobody can promise which.

The tour was very well organized, and we were very lucky with our driver, Katarina. We got some cool insights and were able to take a lot of beautiful pictures! Communication with the organizers was quick and straightforward!
Amazing car expérience! We had a great time driving around. Huge thanks to Makoto and Kei for being so friendly and making the experience so enjoyable !
Rafa and Oliveira were so friendly! An impeccable trip, and they made a dream of mine come true. When I go back to Japan, I will definitely do the tour again!
Everything. A high-speed experience with an experienced driver. Everything's perfect. On the way back, they drop you off at the hotel.
If you like speed, this is the activity for you. A perfect driver with a lot of experience. A 10.
The best thing was Vinicius. He's a great host, without a doubt. He makes your trip unforgettable. You feel like you're in the movie itself. Because of the traffic schedule, you can't ask for much, but he does his best to make each stretch of the road look spectacular. I would 100% recommend this experience.
Paula was very funny and spoke good English. The wrestlers were great.
Our pilot was amazing and very nice. My friend and I loved this experience
Everything is as described. A different way of seeing the city and an experience for those who love high-performance cars and speed. All in compliance with the rules and safety. The guys are fluent English speakers and are available to provide information and clarifications. I was with my 15-year-old son, who found the whole thing thrilling. Highly recommended experience that you should do...
Amazing experience, truly the highlight of our japan trip. I forgot the name of our driver but he had the R34 with the purplish colour, had a great conversation with him and he was very nice. Absolutely recommended and worth the money
