Full description
This is a 1-hour experience in Tokyo. It is run by Bancre Inc., an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.
The price covers Ramen cooking experience and Meal. It does not cover Bottled drinks, Additional meals and drinks and Transportation expenses to the meeting place, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
Bancre Inc. sends the meeting point and time by email as soon as the booking is confirmed. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Bancre Inc. before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

Love this Ramen cooking class so much the instructor made everything so easy and the Ramen was the best I ever had!!! 10/10 I do recommend!!!
Kai was awesome! He explained the process of making Ramen, and carefully went through the steps. Finished product turned out great!
It was fun. Instruction was clear and Mai was very nice and knowledgeable on making ramen. Conversation was great as well
10/10 experience as a ramen lover I really enjoyed this class & will definitely be up for doing it again. They also have other tours/experiences they organise so definitely worth checking out.
Super fun, the ramen was delish, and the guide was so sweet and spoke perfect english!
We had such a lovely ramen-making experience! Harumi was warm, friendly, and made the whole class feel relaxed and enjoyable. She explained each step clearly and made the ramen-making process easy to follow, even for beginners. It was fun, hands-on, and a wonderful way to learn more about ramen. Definitely a memorable experience and something I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you, Harumi! 🍜✨
Excellent experience, great value for money and Kai was very helpful
Harumi and Nana were excellent hosts of this event! Both provided my daughter and I with interesting information about the time and work that goes into making Ramen, but also shared lots of wonderful stories, knowledge, and wisdom about travelling in Japan with me and my 10 year old daughter. It was the perfect "first day in Japan experience" and both my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My only feedback is that it would have been nice to be more involved in the process of making the ramen (e.g. we did not get to make the noodles which I think should be part of the experience).
Really nice, the guide was amazing and the activity was really fun. Must do in Tokyo !
it was fun engaging and an overall worthwhile experience
We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. The venue was a little difficult to find at first because the class takes place on the first floor of a craft beer bar, but once we found it, everything went smoothly. The location itself is very nice. Our instructor was incredibly kind and spoke excellent English, making the class easy and enjoyable to follow. The ramen-making process is actually quite quick because the broth has already been simmered for many hours and the fresh noodles are prepared in advance. During the class, you cook the toppings, choose your preferred spice le
We had a lot of fun cooking the Ramen. It was entertaining and tasty.
