This is a 2-hour experience from Tokyo, built around 甲州ビル. It is run by 株式会社Ｇ．Ｏ．Ａ．Ｔ．, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

This was a great experience for my wife and I. Today we learned some interesting facts about Japanese whiskey and what snakes are typically paired with them. We leaned a little bit about our guide - not sure how to spell her name - and she was very friendly and worked with us not knowing the Japanese language. Her English was very good. the best part was definetly not only the whiskys and snacks paired with,but the host madoka made it a way more interesting and fun experience from interesting facts about the whiskies b to just interesting run to talk to. can really reccommend!!!
This tour was one of the highlights of our Tokyo trip! The hosts were so kind and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them as much as the whiskey and snacks :) While I had my favorites (the Chita whiskey and shark cartilage in plum sauce snack), everything was enjoyable to try.
Maduka hat uns toll durch die Whiskys geführt. Sie hatte gute Hinweise und die Whiskys waren tatsächlich alle verschieden vom Geschmacksprofil, sodass jeder einen Einblick in die Vielfalt japanischer Whiskys bekommen und seinen Favoriten finden kann. Die Snacks waren sehr interessant, manchmal ist es vielleicht nicht der persönliche Geschmack, aber es ist toll die Vielfalt zu probieren. Wenn man etwas absolut nicht mochte, hat sich Maduka eine Alternative einfallen lassen. Danke für den kurzweiligen Nachmittag.
