Full description
This is a 10.5-hour experience from Tokyo, built around Bus/coach, Shinkyo Bridge and Nikko Toshogu. It is run by AMIGO TOURS JAPAN GK, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.
The price covers Transportation from Tokyo, Bilingual English/Spanish guide, Entrance to Toshogu Shrine and Lunch. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
MQF7+QR, Chiyoda City, Tokyo, Japan. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with AMIGO TOURS JAPAN GK before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

We had a wonderful day in Nikkō thanks to our driver, Ishi Bashi-san, and our guide, Jorge. Jorge made the day fun and cheerful with all his stories, explanations and interesting insights about Japanese history and culture. Despite the cloudy and rainy weather, which unfortunately meant we couldn’t properly see Kegon Falls or enjoy the views of the area, we had a lovely and memorable experience. Thank you both for making our day in Nikkō so enjoyable!
A truly wonderful tour of Nikko! We visited the beautiful temple complex surrounded by nature, and then continued to the lake and waterfalls. The scenery was absolutely stunning and the whole experience was highly recommended. A special thank you to our guide Jorge and our Japanese driver Ejima. They were both exceptional: very knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. Jorge shared lots of interesting information with us, while Ejima drove us safely and comfortably throughout the day. It was a fantastic, well-organized day, made even more special by their k

Despite the weather (rainy and misty) it was a nice trip to see the Temple and also see Japan outside of the city. Our driver, Ishibashi, and our guide, Jorge, have made sure that the trip was safe, relaxed and funny.
