This is a 1.5-hour experience in Tokyo. It is run by GLOBA Inc., an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

Tono is the perfect representation for your culture and business. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with the kimono dressing and tea ceremony. Loved that we were allowed to wear the kimonos for a period of time to take other photos as we walked around the area. Thank you!

Eye opening and educational experience that we thoroughly enjoy and savoured! It was beautiful to partake in the tea ceremony and to learn the significance thereof!! We enjoyed ithe tea ceremony very much. We were family of six, children 13 and up. Dressing in kimono was fun, and put you in the atmosphere . The tea ceremony was very interesting and soothing, and the guide passed it delightfully. I Reccomend!

I was simply enthralled. The tea master was so kind and clear, she answered any questions and she was incredibly charismatic. The tea ceremony itself felt comforting and calm, something I greatly enjoy. It actually made me even more interested in Tea Ceremony. She even shared some history. They dress you properly in a kimono and take many pictures of you as well, a plus.
