This is a 1-hour experience in Tokyo. It is run by Relax Airport Taxi, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

Great. I had booked a later time because I thought customs and immigration would take longer. We also had to pick up mobile wifi. We arrived at 2 and were done and waiting by 3. I contacted them to let them know we finished earlier than expected. Someone was there 40 minutes later. Perfect! Polite!

Truly a great experience especially after the long travel to Tokyo. Our flight was over an hour early and our driver was great to adjust our pick up time. The communication was easy and I found them to be very reliable. The van was comfortable and the perfect way to get from Hanadea to our hotel. I would highly recommend their services as opposed to navigating transit systems when you arrive.

Yao was very accommodating. Our flight arrived earlier than expected so I messaged him to pick us up earlier than scheduled. He did so right away. He even helped us with the luggage. Although Yao didn't talk much, the drive was smooth, and the car was clean. Nice ride to our hotel after a very long flight . Would recommend to others.

Excellent experience! We ended up booking this 5 minutes before we fly to Tokyo because I didn’t want to deal with public transit with all our luggage. They were very prompt with getting our flight info and hotel destination. David was our driver and he communicated very well with us. He tracked our flight (which landed 1.5 hr earlier) and he managed to pick us up earlier than scheduled time, which is so kind! He was a great driver and dropped us off safely. I will be recommending this booking to all my family and friends who would like a private transfer to their Tokyo hotel!
