This is a 1-hour experience in Tokyo. It is run by TOUFU株式会社, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

This workshop was absolutely fantastic. I had previously joined the experience in Kyoto, but the Tokyo workshop offered even more opportunities to learn about Japanese culture and bonsai techniques. It felt like a completely new experience. The best part was being able to take home the bonsai I created myself. It makes the experience even more special and memorable. The hour flew by so quickly, and I found myself wishing it would continue. Thank you for such an incredible experience. I will definitely come back again—and next time, I’ll be bringing my friends with me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best experiences I had in Tokyo! I was looking for something different from the usual tourist activities, and this workshop was perfect. The instructors were welcoming and spoke English, so everything was easy to understand. Creating my own RE BONSAI™ was fun, relaxing, and surprisingly inspiring. I left with a beautiful piece of art that I can actually display at home. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Shinjuku.

One of the most memorable experiences during my trip to Tokyo! What I enjoyed the most was the hands-on process of creating my own RE BONSAI™. The staff explained everything clearly and patiently, from choosing materials to arranging the branches and finding the right balance for the design. Watching the piece gradually come together was both exciting and relaxing. I had never done anything like this before, but it was easy to follow and very rewarding.
