Full description
This is a 2-hour experience from Tokyo, built around Sakurada Tatsumi Yagura, Ote-Mon Gate and Constable Guardhouse. It is run by Fantasy Travel Japan LLC, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.
The price covers Guide and Photos and places for photos. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.
スターバックス コーヒー 皇居外苑 和田倉噴水公園店. We need at least one day's notice, and we confirm the date with Fantasy Travel Japan LLC before treating your booking as final. If they cannot take your date we tell you and refund you rather than leave you waiting.

The Imperial Palace tour was excellent, and having Hiro as our guide made all the difference. His knowledge, engaging storytelling, and insightful details brought the history and significance of the palace to life. He pointed out fascinating places and stories we would have completely missed on our own. I highly recommend both the tour and Hiro as a guide.
Our guide Hiro was amazing! He gave us a lot of history about the imperial palace and answered all of the questions we had. The tour overall was great. I would recommend this tour and guide to anyone wanting to learn some interesting history!
It was excellent! Informative and educational. Sora was well prepared, well spoken, patient and engaging. We would certainly recommend this tour to our family and friends.
Having a guide to walk us through the garden made the morning much more enjoyable
Great tour with Masa! He made it informative and fun, also got great pictures after the tour :) highly recommend!
Great tour with friendly and staff who had lots of good information!
Masa was very good and we really enjoyed the tour. He spoke perfectly English and he made our tour interesting and also fun
I love this tour as the tour guide, Masa is very informative and friendly. I will definitely recommend this walking tour.
Madame was our tour guide todY. he was very informative on Japanese edo period history. He took time to explain the various structures on the palace grounds and answered our questions. we were quite happy with the tour and would recommend again.
Excellent. Masa gave us a warm greeting when we met and gave us a very detailed introduction ad history on all buildings anf structures during the tour. We were surprised how well his English was. We liked his manner too.
It was a great tour. Keiko-san did extremely good job. She had prepared some visual aids and set pace just right. Also, gave us a right amount of information about the Imperial Palace and Imperial family altogether with an easy to digest a piece of history, which is an extraordinary skill to contain so many years of history within just a couple of hours. On top of that Keiko-san was very caring and respectful. The Imperial Gardens are stunning, I couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful is there, even though it's a center of Tokyo, plus, Sakura in full bloom!! I am very grateful for this tour.
