Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Love the activity. Got to see the snow monkeys! Weather was raining a bit and had to walk through a bit of muddy ground to get to the place but it was all worth it. Shin, our guide is a great guide. Sukiyaki lunch was great and delicious too. Overall my mum and I enjoyed ourselves.

Our guide Mr. Yamaguchi was incredible! Extremely nice and polite, explained everything well and made this trip very enjoyable. Snow monkey park is great one- day trip, you can enjoy the sceneries of Nagano prefecture and watch a bunch of playful and cute monkeys. Apple pie served at the Enzo Cafe, which is part of the park was a great cherry on top.

Very good tour and guides, we all felt very welcomed. The bus ride felt very long but it was completely worth it! We saw monkeys in the thermal waters even by the end of March!

Saw lots of monkeys. As it was fairly warm & sunny none were actually bathing in hot pool. Enjoyed the lunch

Although it was long 4 hours to the snow monkey park the traditional lunch was excellent and the experience of seeing these beautiful animals so close and so carefree were well worth the journey.

The tour was very organized and easy to follow. We had a great time seeing the monkeys at Snow Monkey Park. We wanted to specially call out how amazing our guide was, Ichiro Yamaguchi, for going above and beyond during to help us out. There was a traffic accident on our way back from Jigokudani, which would have made us late for a separate dinner reservation. We asked for his help, and he was more than willing to call the restaurant to explain our situation. He handled it for us, and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Ichiro!
