This is a 1.5-hour experience in Tokyo. It is run by Tokyo Comedy Bar, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Tokyo is the largest city on earth by metropolitan population and it is best seen as a set of neighbourhoods on the Yamanote loop line rather than one place. Asakusa has Senso-ji, the city's oldest temple, and Nakamise's shopping lane; Shibuya has the scramble crossing and Shinjuku the bars of Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho; Harajuku is Takeshita Street and Meiji Shrine's forest; Akihabara is electronics and anime; Ginza is department stores and sushi counters. Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

amazing despite poor turn out due to weather and end of holidays we were made to feel totally welcome with a personal show - can’t recommend more highly this place deserves to be packed out. easy to find and great varied acts

Booked this on a whim looking for something to do in Tokyo and it did not disappoint. What a fabulous group of comedians. It was A mix of local and international comedians that all spoke English and had such diverse and funny sets. The vibes were great, everyone was so welcoming and friendly, we had such a great time and we were SO glad we went. They even let us stay for the second show after with different comedians. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something to do in the evening

It was actually really fun as my expectations were low because stand up comedy can be hit or miss. The only annoying this some random guy from the crowd got up and barely tried to be funny was very cringe. Nonetheless 5 stars anyway

This was a random activity I booked last minute and it ended up being one of the highlights for my trip. Funny comedians and great atmosphere! Definitely recommend if you’re in Shibuya.

Solo traveler, small crowd very intimate gig but they interacted well with each member of the audience. Good drinks and friendly staff, would recommend.

Too much America and bashing of other cultures. While it is comedy on one hand it is offending many others. So from our point of view - this was too much and too harsh.
