Everything runs on time and the last trains are around midnight. Cash still matters in small restaurants, an IC card covers every train and bus, and tipping is not done anywhere.

Such a lovely experience getting all fitted the kimono were beautiful! It was raining so we were unable to go far to take photos so we stayed upstairs and took pics in their cute little area, it was lovely.

Kimonos at this store are of high quality, and the selection is impressive. While the options for men were limited when we visited, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his warrior kimono. The owner was knowledgeable and explained the various types of kimonos. Overall, we had a fantastic day and thoroughly enjoyed wearing kimonos. It’s a unique experience that I highly recommend for anyone visiting Japan.

First of all, be aware that the wrong meeting point is listed on the reservation. When we walked into that place (which was very hard to find) the woman who worked there had no idea who we were and told us we were in the wrong place and tried to send us out. So after trying to explain numerous times that that was the place listed on our reservation, she finally called her boss and they finally found our names and it turned out that we had to walk to another location (about 5 minutes away). That location is nowhere listed on the reservation and it is not mentioned at all. It was a pretty stress

don’t answer WhatsApp messages when they give you a number. Staff not pleasant when this is a more expensive one a lot more better priced around same area. Paid extra for hair was extremely rushed but when seen doing other people’s a lot of time and effort put in, lady was extremely rough and snapped a lot of my hair and looked a mess. Later when taking out she cut my hair. When dressing lady chucked my bag on the floor twice when a camera and phone was in. Overall very disappointing experience I have been to others before and staff a lot better and take care of you. 1 star for the kimonos of
