Marigold Adventure Treks Pvt. Ltd. runs it, and 12 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.
The price covers airport transfers in Kathmandu & Pokhara(if same flight time arrival & Departure), ACAP permit (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit), TIMS card (Trekkers’ Information Management System) and Kathmandu → Besisahar by private vehicle, Besisahar. It does not cover international flights to/from Nepal, Nepal visa fees and Personal trekking gear (sleeping bag, down jacket—can be rented), so budget for those separately.
