It does not cover all kinds of personal expenses, including phone calls, drinks, donations, souvenirs, etc, Expenses incurred due to unavoidable events (e.g., roadblocks, flight delays, etc.) and Tips for guide and porter (gratuities are expected), so budget for those separately.
