The price covers airport pick-up and drop-off (international and domestic), Government-licensed guide and porter services, One porter for every two trekkers (max 10 kg per person) and Three meals per day during the trek (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). It does not cover international flight tickets, Nepali entry visa and Accommodation and meals in Kathmandu or extra stays due to schedule changes, so budget for those separately.
