Snow Peak Tours and Travels pvt. ltd. runs it, and 9 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.

The price covers round-trip transportation between your hotel, Pokhara International Airport, and the trek starting point, Meals throughout the trek (depending on option selected), Accommodation in simple tea houses or lodges and Certified trekking guide. It does not cover travel insurance (mandatory for your safety and peace of mind), Personal expenses such as snacks and beverages and Emergency rescue services (available if needed), so budget for those separately. Two travellers pay $442 together rather than $353 each, because this is priced per party and not per head.
