Alpine Club of Himalaya runs it, and 12 things are covered by the price. It can be cancelled free of charge.
The price covers pick ups and Drop off to your Hotel in Pokhara, Annapurna Conversation Area Project Permits, TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management Systems) and All needed ground transportation by private car/vehicles to trekking starting/ending points as per itinerary. It does not cover international flight tickets to Nepal & return, Domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara & Return and Hotels in Pokhara, so budget for those separately.
