The running order is On foot (10 min), then Doha Corniche (30 min), then Old port Doha (50 min), then Dhow Harbour (35 min), then Katara Cultural Village (20 min), and on from there.

The price covers guided city tour, Transportation between stops in an airconditioned vehicle, Food tasting at multiple restaurants and Visit to the old Doha port. It does not cover hotel pickup and drop-off for the shared tour option (available as an optional extra at checkout) and Personal expenses, so budget for those separately.
