The running order is Jeep / SUV (30 min), then Sealine Beach Resort (15 min), then Inland Sea Beach (30 min).

The price covers pickup and Drop-off in Doha, 4x4 Air-Conditioned Vehicle, Expert Guide and Dune Bashing. It does not cover meal, so budget for those separately. Two travellers pay $195 together rather than $195 each, because this is priced per party and not per head.
