This is a 2-day experience in Chiang Mai. It is run by ECOQUEST TRAVEL CO., LTD., an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.
Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. Cycling tours use the flat river paths and back streets that cars avoid. The summer heat from July to September makes early starts essential in the cities and lowlands, while the mountains are cool. Winter turns Hokkaido and Nagano into ski country from December to March, with the powder that Niseko and Hakuba are known for.
The price covers Trekking to Tard Mok Waterfall, Tubing on the Mae Taeng River, Waterfall slide at Saa Gee Falls, Elephant Observation and Hotel pick-up & drop-off. It does not cover Alcoholic beverages and Personal expenses and additional purchases, so budget for those separately. Everything included is listed in full on this page; if something is not on that list, assume it is not in the price.

It was such a great experience! Our Guide picked us up in time from chiang mai and took us (2 parents and 2 teenagers) to the jungle. Then we walked to the impressive waterfall, where you can take a bath… better take giod shoes that can get wet! after that we did the tubing where you can watch water buffalo and elephants. We booked the feeding which was a very impressive experience… after tubing we did the waterfall sliding (directly behind the camp) and had a nice dinner. The privatelbungalow was very cool - with our own pool. Definitely worth the money! Our guides were very helpful and funny
This was by far the highlight of Chang Mai. The trek to the most incredible waterfall was amazing, Toby was the best toy guide ensuring safety was a priority (he also takes amazing pictures). The tubing was phenomenal as we got to experiance elephants bathing in the same river we were tubing in, which was a great experiance. The vibes were amazing as we got top tunes from Bang the dj and barman for our tubing experiance. I stayed 2 nights at Bangs villa which i would highly recommend. This was amazing!! Being picked up at your hotel, starting the day with a hike through the jungle which led out to a waterfall, going tubing, elephant feeding and doing a waterfall slide, to end the day near the bonfire with a home cooked meal. The scenery is beautiful, and the guides do everything to show you the beauty and essence of the surroundings.
Excellent! All activities are on day 1, so it's possible to return to Chiang Mai the same day. The villas are very nice, but maybe some activities for the second day should be offered.
Such a special time, amazing mix of activities and Bang and Jack Sparrow the guide are so lovely! 11/10 worth it for a visit out of the city and to the forest paradise 🌱

Amazing guides all throughout the activity, the tracking was beautiful and very fun, our guide Nine was knowledgeable and extremely nice we really enjoyed everything she shared with us :) Tubing in the river was a very pleasant activity, getting to see elephants while you flow with a great can of beer that was handed by the guide ( and then picked up by him in order to keep the river clean) it was really a great activity for sure. Mr.Bang and his crew were some of the nicest and coolest people, the activities were great , informative and fun, but having them to be around is just a big plus on top. Would highly recommend to everyone wanting a fun time and seeing some Thailand jungle. Aciu!

This is a 10 out of 5 experience. Just magical. So well planned and a great value. Hiking to waterfalls in a complete picturesque trail, tubing a river, elephants…..The accommodation is awesome and so is the meals provided. I’m SO glad to have found this trip. I hope to get back here in this lifetime. Incredible.
