Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. Cycling tours use the flat river paths and back streets that cars avoid. The summer heat from July to September makes early starts essential in the cities and lowlands, while the mountains are cool. Winter turns Hokkaido and Nagano into ski country from December to March, with the powder that Niseko and Hakuba are known for.
The price covers 1.Roundtrip transportation by air-conditioned car or, 2.Lunch, 3.Drinking water, 4.Tour guide and 5.Insurance. It does not cover 1.National Park fee and ticket 400 bahts per person, 3.Other expenses and 4.Tips, so budget for those separately. Are was our tour guide and she was wonderful. The waterfall and the hike was my favorite part. It was the rainy season so we didn’t have great views from the King and Queen pagoda but we never stayed too long at one place which I like. Communication for pick up and drop off was easy and it is a good value for a full day trip (7am-6pm)

We had an amazing day! Our guide Aree made sure we had a great time, was incredibly funny and full of energy throughout. The scenery was wonderful and it was definitely one of my highlights of my Thailand trip. Highly recommend! :)
What I liked the most was the experience in nature. The waterfalls and the hiking was marvellous. Johnny is a very nice guide and he made the trip much better. And the driver 10/10. Being with tribu guides able to speak to them it is so incredible experience. It is a little bit complicated to understand them but they were so friendly, helpful and fun. We enjoyed the day a lot! 100% recommendable. The lunch was excellent and nice service.
