This is a 4-hour experience in Chiang Mai. It is run by CanalTour x ExploreSiam, an operator we book with directly rather than through a reseller, which is why we can hold your place with them before we treat your booking as final.

Japan's outdoors is organised: trails are marked, mountain huts are booked, and the walking routes with history, the Nakasendo post road between Magome and Tsumago and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage in Wakayama, are done in comfortable day stages with luggage forwarded. Cycling tours use the flat river paths and back streets that cars avoid. The summer heat from July to September makes early starts essential in the cities and lowlands, while the mountains are cool. Winter turns Hokkaido and Nagano into ski country from December to March, with the powder that Niseko and Hakuba are known for.

our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. She allowed us to experience different things inside the temple and explained what they were. It was so convenient to have them pick me up and off from my hotel. I loved the hiking, and the guide went at a great pace. It didn't feel rushed. Great tour!

The visit went smoothly even though we were really tired since we woke up at 4am. It was very peaceful to view the temple alone with no other visitors. Our guide was kind, thoughtful and gave us very interesting informations!

I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy this tour so much! Saman was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable guides I’ve ever had. He knows so much about nature, was always finding little animals and insects, and was so happy to share his country with me. He was also very attentive and took amazing photos of me. The 4 AM start was totally worth it for the spectacular sunrise! The red truck was comfortable, and the whole experience was great. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Saman! ❤️

Lovely your to see the temples with a fantastic guide who was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the religions, history and culture of Chiang Mai. We were the only ones on this trip so we were lucky to have her to ourselves and to ask lots of questions. The trip was very calm and not rushed. We saw the most amazing temple in the jungle and had a short and pleasant trek back through the jungle to our transport back. It was a really lovely and interesting half day trip. Can recommend.

Amazing!! Saman was so kind and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience and you could tell he knew what he was talking about/really cared about the history, plants, and bug life. I cannot recommend the 5 AM session enough!
