A well run, truly ethical elephant sanctuary. The elephants seemed well taken care of and you can tell that the woman who runs the place genuinely cares about their welfare. We were well informed and guided about the do’s and don’t’s when interacting with the animals. There aren’t many elephants here but I like that it’s a smaller sanctuary especially for a short trip. You get to feed and interact with the elephants for a short while but they do get very hot and like humans would like to just chill. I enjoyed learning about where these particular elephants came from and how they’re kept. There

Everything was fine as expected, short 1 hour tour where we could feed and pet elephants. Also there was a photographer available who did some pictures for me free of charge.

One of the necessary activities to take part in when you visit chiang mai. I visited this one however, specifically because it’s an ethical programme. During my time there, there was feeding (appetisers 😂), photos taken during every moment, watching the elephants eating, and bathing and then we made some paper out of elephant poo. It was awesome. Each elephant is assigned their own special person that gets to know them and stays by their side, and the elephants which are in the sanctuary are usually rescues- they don’t release them into the wild because statistically they have a 50/50 chance o

It was great! I loved the one hour. The other tours at five hours sounded too long. This was great! Fed the elephants, asked a hundred questions. The guide was very knowledgeable.

It is on the short side but it was just what I wanted, I didn’t need a full day with elephants like other tours.

It was the best experience. Very ethical, just as described, and you could tell the elephants were happy. I really enjoyed it and would 100% recommend it.
